Radhika is a CPA and finance professional with over 13 years of experience across commercial banking, mortgage and commercial financing, accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance in Canada and India.

Her background as a commercial banker includes commercial lending, credit analysis, financial assessment, underwriting, and structuring financing solutions. As a CPA, she also brings expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.

Combining her accounting knowledge with lending experience, Radhika understands financing from both the client’s and lender’s perspectives. She takes an analytical and thoughtful approach to understanding each client’s financial situation and identifying financing solutions aligned with their goals and lending requirements.

Outside of work, Radhika enjoys meditation, music, dance, and travel, while valuing continuous learning and personal growth.
